Welcome to Elevated Golf Studio. By accessing our facility, booking simulator time, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Facility Use

Elevated Golf Studio provides indoor golf simulator rentals, memberships, leagues, lessons, and related services.

By entering the facility, you agree to:

Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions
Use equipment responsibly and as intended
Ensure all guests in your booking follow studio rules
Supervise minors at all times

Elevated Golf Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate policies or create unsafe conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Golf simulators involve swinging clubs and striking golf balls in an enclosed environment.

By using our facility, you acknowledge:

There is inherent risk of injury or property damage
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests

Elevated Golf Studio is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow posted rules.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All simulator time must be reserved in advance through our booking system.

Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Hours] before scheduled time for a refund or credit.
No-shows may be charged in full.
Membership billing is recurring unless canceled in accordance with membership terms.

Membership details, including renewal and cancellation policies, are provided at time of purchase.

4. Payments

We accept major credit cards and approved digital payments. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Elevated Golf Studio reserves the right to update pricing, membership terms, and promotions at any time.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a professional and family-friendly environment:

No reckless swings or horseplay
No outside alcohol unless explicitly permitted
No abusive or disruptive behavior

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

6. Media Release

Elevated Golf Studio may occasionally take photos or videos within the facility for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify staff in writing.

7. Communications Consent

By booking, purchasing, or submitting your contact information through our website, you consent to receive:

Email communications related to bookings, memberships, promotions, and studio updates
SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, promotions, and service notifications
